This magazine was the brainchild of the eclectically-left political pornographer and editor of Hustler magazine, Larry Flint. This issue has articles on "Church Sanctuary for Salvadoran refugees", "Marshal Ky's Vietnamese Mafia", "Israeli Agrgression", more.
