About This Item

Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1939. 1st reprint month of Publication . Pamphlet. Good. 12 Cms x 18.5 Cms. 32 pp. Oxford Pamhlets on World Affairs No.5. Tight & clean internally, covers clean but a little rubbed & worn at corners. Largely derived from the book We Europeans, which Huxley produced with A.C. Haddon, this pamphlet strove to distil the case against the meaningful divisibility of the European population into 'races' , attacking the notion of an 'Aryan' race and anti-semitism. Significant little historical document. Note: quoted non-UK shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
