London: Oxford University Press (Humphrey Milford), 1926. No edition stated (hardback). 12mo (19cm by 13cm), 352pp. 6 colour plates by James Durden. Original illustrated green cloth, colour plate inlaid on the front board. The rear board is rather rubbed, the front free endpaper is lackingand there is scattered foxing of the contents; overall, this book is just about in good condition.
