New York: The William Caslon Company, Inc, 1936. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Second novel to feature Special Agent of the Department of Justice and American superhero, Dan Fowler, who also appeared in many of the author's stories for the pulps. This book followed Eliot's Federal Bullets, which was published in the same year. Signed and inscribed by the author on Christmas day in 1936, and scarce thus. Very good book with some rubbing at joints in good jacket with some moisture staining to foredge of rear panel, chipping at spine ends and corners, and rubbing at folds and joints. Original price of $2.00 in tact.
