George Allen, 1882. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1882. No edition stated. 204 pages. No dust jacket. Half bound brown leather with marbled boards. Part VII. Includes illustrated plates. Note: several pages have been torn out from the rear, but no text seems to be missing. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Pencil inscriptions to frontis reverse. A few pages are water stained and warped to edges, but the text is unaffected. A few pages clipped. A few dog-eared corners. Several pages torn out to rear, not affecting the text. Boards have some edge wear, with pronounced bumping and peeling to corners, while spine ends are slightly rubbed. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Gilt is bright.
