London: Macmillan & Co, 1919 Copy in navy cloth on boards with gilt armourial on cover and gilt title on spine. Spine lightly sunned. Boards are scuffed. Cracks in front and rear hinges. Very slight tanning to front and rear end papers. Previous owners insdcriptions on FFE. A few light internal cracks. Previous owners pencil notes on verso of last page before index. Clean text.
