Chicago: Charles H. Kerr & Company, 1908. Hardcover. 125p., some fraying at edges else very good condition. Later printing first published by Kerr in 1906 (Standard Socialist series). Ferri was a criminologist and the editor of the socialist newspaper Avanti! He later became a supporter of Mussolini.
