First Edition. Original Wraps. Very Good/No Jacket. Illus. by Frank Mahony. 12mo - over 6? - 7? tall.

For orders valued NZD$250.00 or higher you will need to choose Expedited postage.Currently due to airline constraints there is usually at least a week before parcels find a space on outgoing flights, so expect at least two weeks for delivery outside New Zealand.
