Beautiful color illustration on frontispiece and 3 black and white drawings inside text by Franc Root McCreery . Book covers soiled with corners bumped and worn. Ex-library book with stamps on front pastedown and title page. Water stains on front endpapers. 350 pp Text is clean, intact, unmarked and age-typical yellowed with minimal foxing. Book served as a primer for young girls learning to cook. This book is extremely scarce.
