George Routledge and Sons, London, 1869. Approx. 9 X 7" in full leather binding. Beautiful tooled design on front cover and gilt leaf and vine motif on inside edges of both covers. Somewhat rubbed and scuffed, esp along spine edges, ends and at corner tips. Front hinge cracking. All edges gilt, marbled endpapers, 128 steel engravings from designs of Turner and Stothard. 453pp. Overall, about G+ to VG-. A most handsome volume.. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket.
