The outside is in good minus condition with a small sized dry like spot to the cloth on the back board at the corner edge; there is also a small bleach like spot to the front lower hinge area. The first front free endpaper has dry like chipping along the side and bottom edges. There is a really old style bold signature written in in on the first front free endpaper.
