University of London bindings at this time were of particularly high quality . This work was officially issued as Document No.400 by the U.S.Senate (57th Congress 1st Session). It is a curious work with some discussion of e.g. hypnotism and child study and health of college women before getting into 'Criminology' on p.76, the bibliography of child study is extensive, pp.117-157.
