About This Item
London: Bliss, Sands and Co, 1897. Hardcover. Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Blue green cloth boards with the gilt insignia of Bliss Sands to front and attractive gilt wheat sheaf decoration and lettering to spine. Edges are bumped. Front hinge is cracked and the rear is detached with the endpaper torn. Front end paper and flyleaf are detached but present. Foxing to endpapers. Pages are age tanned with with staining to edges. Pages are rough cut. Edited by George Offor with 24 illustrations by W H Robinson 1897
