New York: Watson-Guptill Publications, 1977. First Edition . Cloth. Near Fine/Very Good. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Julius Shulman [Photographs]. Signed by Shulman on the half-title page. 240 pp., foreword by Mathias Goeritz, 300 plates with informative descriptions of the photographic details by Shulman, index. Laid in is a fold-out poster for the exhibition "Julius Shulman: Modernity and the Metropolis" at the Getty in 2006 and a Shulman article "Seeing Through Time" from West Magazine and other related ephemera. A clean and tight Near Fine copy of the scarce first edition with a trace of foxing to the top edges. Very Good dust jacket is slightly rubbed with some light edge wear.
