Albany: State University of New York Press, 1991. 2nd Imp. . Soft cover. Good. Glossy soft-back cover clean but outer corners curling. ix + 321; frequent pencil or ink marginalia and underlining on pp.145-207, compounded by a stretch of brown (coffee?) staining tp bottom edge and outer corner top maximum height 1 cm but reducing to p. 33, but on outer corner tip only finally disappear on p.160 - though very tiny for much of this. A good working or reference copy only of this quite scarce work. 15 cm x 22,5 cm
