London: Elkin Mathews, 1924. Cloth. Very Good. 7" by 4.5". None. A smart limited edition copy of this adventure novel from English writer Norman Davey, signed and inscribed by the author. Limited to three hundred copies, each signed by the author, of which this is number two hundred and twenty. Signed by the author to the limited edition page with an inscription "in friendship" to the title page dated 8th December 1924. A previously unpublished Mr. Matthew Summer story, following a thrilling adventure thrust upon the quiet gentleman. Written by Norman Davey, an English engineer, soldier and adventure writer. In the original quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards. Externally, smart with light wear and bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot and minor age toning to the extremities. Very Good
