Stated 1st ed. 4to picture book, full yellow cloth, signed by the author/illustrator in the title page, with handsome inscription on verso of front free-endpaper "For Oscar and Olga May with my very best wishes, Katherine." A story of the Philadelphia Mummer's Parade, illustrated by the author in color and shades of gray. Faintly cocked else fine in well-worn, unclipped dj lacking 1/4 of the dj spine and a three-inch piece of bottom front jacket panel. Signed by Milhous.
