About This Item
Partner Publishing, 1979. Very Good. Vintage adult fold-out poster of Joanne Latham, as "Dolly Partner," mascot model for Partner magazine for several years. Excised from Partner (December 1979). One of few Latham fold-out posters. 8 panels unfolded, recto: different image of Joanne, poolside, topless, showering, and ad for 30-minute cassette tape (was this ever produced?); verso being a stunning and kitschy single image of her and fireplace, shotgun, and animal pelt rug, ruby-red lips and classic icy stare. She was a dancer before her first professional nude photos were appropriated by Guccione at Penthouse (1979), her beguiling looks, lush dimensions, appear on paperbacks, vinyl album sleeves, even VHS slipcases for films she never appeared in; also countless magazine covers, including Game, Partner, Mayfair, Response, Oui Letters, Pillow Talk, Family Letters, & international titles produced in France, Germany, Spain. 20.5 x 31 inches, unfolded. Very Good Plus, a few fold tears, staple holes, suitable for framing.
