Visible marking to some pages throughout, but text is not affected. Binding is firm. Rough-cut edges. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and some scuffing to edges. Noticeable crushing and slight splitting to spine ends. Gilt remains bright. Moderate rubbing and scuffing overall.
