A well presented first edition of this novel depicting the mysterious happenings on the Gara yacht. A first edition of this work in original publisher's grey cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. This work was written by American author and physicist Mitchell Wilson. Wilson is known to have used his scientific background to influence his science fiction writing. This particular novel was part of the Inner Sanctum Mystery series, a collection published by Simon and Schuster between 1936 and 1969. The Panic-Stricken follows the mystery of The Gara, a yacht with many interesting characters abroad, including Ned Lake, who is thrown off the boat and sets out to discover why. This work is filled with suspense and action as the mystery is unraveled. In original publisher's grey cloth binding with unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart, with slight fading to the extremities of the colth and the odd mark. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Dust wrapper in excellent condition with light shelf wear and very minor chipping to the extremities. Internally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Very Good Indeed
