This is the story of a family who keeps a South American otter as a pet. Blue cloth with gilt titling on spine, brown end papers, black and white frontispiece, illustrated with black and white photographs, 246 pages. Text block edges have some small, pale marks. Dust jacket, which is price-clipped, has edge wear with chipping, small closed tears and associated creases, two-inch closed tear to bottom front edge, spine and edges slightly darkened.
