Oxford at the Clarendon Press, 1954. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1954. First Edition. 309 pages. Grey dust jacket over dark blue cloth with fold out map to rear. Mild tanning to pages with front endpaper missing and pencil marginalia throughout. Visible tanning to text block edges and front hinge is cracked with exposed netting. Boards have minor rubbing and visible bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends. Clipped jacket with visible edge wear, ink marks and rubbing. Major sunning to spine and splitting to joints. There is visible tearing to corners, edges and spine ends and light water marks to spine.
