Longmans, Green and Co, 1936. Book. Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. NO CHIPPING & NO SPLITTING to CLEAN boards. Internally CLEAN. TIGHT textblock. NO LOOSE & NO MISSING leaves. The dustwrapper is COMPLETE with NO LOSS. Normal wear to wrapper extremities with some nicking at the head of wrapper spine. NOT PRICE CLIPPED. This title is from a large part of the inhouse Private Library of the National Operatic and Dramatic Association of Great Britain (NODA) which we recently purchased from the institution; there is a small neat NODA stamp on wrapper & occasionally within text & a NODA Bookplate on the front blank endpaper. Great Provenance. .
