Signed "To Lillian L. Bechtold, with my best wishes, Thyra Ferre Bjorn" on the FFEP. Lillian Bechtold was the Children's librarian at Curtis Memorial Library in Meriden, CT for over 50 years. Original price of $2.95 on front flap. Original white cloth boards very fresh. Light rubbing to stamping on spine. No PO writing, plates etc... DJ has hint of wear at edges and folds. A very attractive copy overall.
