Beige cloth/boards; elaborate gilt Art Nouveau decoration and lettering. 121 pp. with 163 bw images on 95 plates, including 2 folding. TEG. A classic on fine old laces: Lacis, Reticella, Bobbin Lace (Venetian, English), Irish, Milanese, Cretan, Belgian (several types/areas), French (several types/areas), English needlepoint, Blondes, etc. With a helpful glossary of terms. Exquisite pieces in very clear images. A wonderful reference for the collector, needlework/textile enthusiast.
