Chicago, IL: Administration Building: A Century of Progress. Good+. 1933. 1st Edition; 1st Printing. Paperback. B&W Illustrations; This is a trade paperback book. The book is in Good+ condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The spine ends and corners of the book covers have some light bumping, rubbing and edge wear. There are a couple of small edge tears to the top front cover and both front and rear covers have some creasing to the corners. The text pages are clean and bright. "A Century of Progress International Exposition, also known as the Chicago World's Fair, was a World's Fair held in the city of Chicago, Illinois, United States from 1933 to 1934. The fair, registered under the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) , celebrated the city's centennial. The theme of the fair was technological innovation, and its motto was "Science Finds, Industry Applies, Man Adapts", giving out a message that science and American life were wedded. Its architectural symbol was the Sky Ride, a transporter bridge perpendicular to the shore on which one could ride from one side of the fair to the other." (from Wikipedia) .
