About This Item

London:: Frederick Warne,, 1967.. 13th edition/ thirteenth edn.. Hardcover. VG/G-. 288pp. Contents very clean and unmarked: faint tanning to endpapers, with ownership name to front free endpaper. In the original light blue textured binding titled in navy, clean and firm, corners good, indentations near head of spine and to the 'A' of the title. In the protected unclipped Singer dust jacket. The spine of the jacket is toned, and has chips to the ends, a hole near the top, and a little tape residue at the foot. The front panel is quite bright, but a small strip of the pictorial surface has been torn off the bottom left corner. There is some soiling and other light wear to the edges. Good copy of the scarce 13th edition.

About Chapel Books

I sell books from a large disused Chapel next to the village duck pond, where I have lived about 40 years: just inland from Dunwich and between Southwold and Aldeburgh. I open 7 days a week, 12-5.
