New York: Harper and Row, Publishers, (1966). First Edition. Fine in dark green cloth covered boards with a gilt on light blue title label on the spine and with gilt decorations. A small quarto of 9 1/4 by 6 1/2 inches with blue end sheets. In a near fine dust jacket with a price clipped flap to show replacement price stickers. With very minor edge wear to the spine ends and front panel. 726 pages including an index. The companion to The New York Times Cook Book. Illustrated from black and white photographs and drawings by Bill Goldsmith. A beautiful, tight clean copy with no prior ownership markings, stains, splashes or egg yokes.
