About This Item
London: Collins, 1982. Book. Near Fine. Hardcover. Reprint. 8vo. pp. xiv, 400, b/w photographic plates. This is a genuine Collins reprint edition. Dust jacket very good, though with some fading as usual to the spine, not price-clipped, now protected in a clear removable archival sleeve. Binding near fine with minimal wear, slightly marked. Contents clean and tight, the paper is crisp, unmarked, no foxing. A near fine copy. [Bibliographic note: this 1982 reprint is bound in light green Linson paper-cloth rather than the usual dark green buckram cloth. The dust jacket is priced £10.50 but does not have the clear plastic duraseal protector of previous Collins editions of this title. Referenced by 'Collecting the New Naturalists NN60E'].
