With a small inscription to the head of the front pastedown, and the inscriptions 'P. Ellis 1935' and 'F. Coast January 1967 (Given by D. Acloud) Original Text' to the front free endpaper.Undated; identified as the 1923 first edition via Jisc. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Bumping to back strip head and tail, with small closed tears in back strip head. Former owner's inscriptions to the front pastedown and front free endpaper. Spotting to fore edge of text block. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally clean and bright, with only the odd spot. Very Good
