Chicago, IL: A. C. McClurg & Co., 1911. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Joseph Lane Hancock. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, green cloth boards with gilt text on front and spine. Exterior is cleaned with only minor spotting and scuffing, edges and spine are also scuffed. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting found. Pages are toned due to age and there is some scattered foxing and spotting present, along with a few bumped pages. The half title page has a very small tear on the right edge which measures about one fourth of an inch. First edition thus with a single date of May, 1911 on the copyright page.
