Contents in very good condition: Interior pages clean and sound, not shaken. Newspaper clipping "James Lick's Estate" glued to verso of title page, leaving light offsetting on the page V "Introduction." Green cloth covers good. Bevelled corners bumped and worn thru to boards. Head cap and tail cap are worn. One small triangular piece (1/4 inch by 1/2 inch) worn from bottom of front cover with board showing. Front hinge (coated brown paper) repaired. Rear hinge OK but loose.
