Very nice green cloth binding, bumped and worn at head of spine, minor bump at the foot, else minimally shelf worn. The dust jacket is very edge worn and torn, numerous chips and tears to front and back top edges, several small tears to head and foot of spine. 244pp., including general index.. First Edition. Green Cloth. Very Good/Good (in mylar). 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hardcover.
