About This Item
Unpublished manuscript. Good. 31 page typescript (?), printed on one side, close to margins. Date unknown. Listed in Arthur Bray archives at Bibliotheque U Ottawa Library: "File consists of a typed draft of a manuscript concerning the origin and cause of reports of UFOs and aliens. The manuscript proposes that the alleged aliens are actually descendants of an ancient reptilian/amphibian race originating from earth." 'Branton', more widely known for THE DULCE BOOK "What's going on near Dulce, New Mexico? Above Top Secret Military-Industrial Black Projects? Headquarters for a Bavarian-backed New World Order? Vanguard for Alien Infiltration and Invasion? Massive Intelligence Agency Disinformation? Collective Mind Control or Mass Hallucination? All of or a Combination of The Above?" olitical scientist Michael Barkun wrote that Cold War underground missile installations in the area gave superficial plausibility to the rumors, making the Dulce base story an "attractive legend" within UFOlogy. According to Barkun, claims about experiments on abductees and firefights between aliens and the Delta Force place the Dulce legend "well outside even the most far-fetched reports of secret underground bases."(Advice - Look before you Leap into Branton's world)
