Boards have mild edge wear with light rubbing and crushing. Some light marking and tanning causing discolouration. Gilt lettering is darkened slightly. There is bumping to corners. Boards are bowed. Book has a slight forward lean. Unclipped jacket has light edge wear with minor tears and chipping. Mild rubbing and marking. Tanning to spine and edges.

Expected library inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Pages are lightly tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Gilt remains bright. Moderate rubbing and scuffing overall, with a few visible marks also. Label to tail of spine.
