A Very Good, maroon cloth binding with black lettering on front board and spine, binding sturdy and intact, sunned spine, bit of crimping to spine edges, some age toning to pages, small circular moisture stain mid front board, couple of small moisture stains and soiled spots on spine, discoloration to pastedowns and endpapers, some age toning to pages, scattered foxing top text block edge, small soiled spots and scuff marks on fore-edge and bottom text block edge, 1944 Trinity Parish Fair pamphlet laid in, some handling/rub marks to boards, bit of fading top rear board margins, without Dust wrapper.
