Issue numbers include: vol. 3:35-40, 43-48 & 50; vol. 4:1, 2, 4, 5 - 8 (two issues numbered as 8)11, 12, 14-19, 21, 24-32 & 34. Jan. 2 -Dec. 18, 1997. The two Issue 4:8s are different content but both state June 19, 1997.
