" Mrs. McThing, Produced by ANTA, Robert Whitehead, Managing Director. Opened February 20, 1952, Martin Beck Theatre---went on nationall tour with HELEN HAYES, beginning in Boston, January, 1953. Howay, son of Mrs. Howard V. Laure III of Larue Towers on Van Tyne Road, has everything--maids. guards, chauffeurs. cooks and gardeners; a pony, a swan boat. a tutor,--but no matter what preautions are taken, toys keep disappearing and a strange untidy little girl gets into the grounds of his home--was told to leave at once, but Howay became her friend and the hilarious adventures begin. Dust jacket chipped, two closed tears, half inch, now in archival. Tan cloth binding is very clean, completely unmarked, tight, solid and square; internals clean and unmarked. 126 pages. 5.5 x 8.25 inches. 1952, Oxfored University Press, New York.
