Her works are an important source of female-written war fiction and the decline of the British Empire. Her works included 'Fortunes of War', 'Artist Among the Missing', The Rain Forest' and 'The Black Scarab'. In the publisher's original full cloth binding, with an unclipped dust wrapper.
