About This Item

Lanham MD: University Press of America, Inc, 1999. Hardcover. Unpaginated preliminaries, 163p., a nicely turned-out text hardbound in plain printed laminated grey boards. Two corner-tips are mildly turned, book else looks to be as-new: sound, clean and unmarked. Minimal indexing; find a single reference to "CIA" but we saw two mentions just skimming. Author Thao is the first Mong (Hmong slightly differs) scholar to publish; the Mong having no written language have an extra immigration handicap.
