San Francisco: [self-published], 2005. All corner stapled, on letter-sized copy paper, xeroxed to recto only, roughly 15-25 pages each. All are clean and bright, missing no material, and generally in great shape save a wrinkle here, uniformly rusted staples, a stray smudge every so often.. Scattered run of Dodie Bellamy and Kevin Killian's occasional joint periodical MIRAGE #4 / PERIOD(ICAL), with issues spanning between 1993 and 2005.

The whole design smacks of University copy machine access.
