New York: The New Press, 1994. First printing. lxii + 87 pp., 9.25 x 12.25 inches. Cloth and printed paper over boards. Twenty-five color and sixty-two black-&-white illustrations, including numerous die-cut pages, followed by essays, an interview with the artist, excerpts from interviews with museum docents, audience responses, checklist of the exhibition, and selected bibliography. Light wear and small bumps to corners and edges of boards; internally fine, save for a small abrasion to front blank endsheet from sticker removal.
