SIGNED by the author on the title page and dated in the year of publication - she also wrote 'where there's room in the heart, there's room in the house' on a line weaving thru the mousetraps and also SIGNED and dated by the illustrator Joe Cepeda, who added a small drawing of a mouse. Large format, unpaginated.
