Green boards with black lettering on spine, there is a slight cocking to the right, spine ends are bumped and foxing to the text blocks. Clean interior with a solid binding. DJ has some edgewear, spine bottom bumped and faded, no marks or tearing, but scuffing. "After the death of her South African husband, London-born Mrs. Oliver leaves her Transvaal farm to sepnd the summer in her native city which she has not seen for over twenty years." ; Book Club Edition; 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall; 256 pages .
