Delmonico's New York, 1905. Printed on 3 heavy stock cards bound with yellow and blue silk ribbons. The cover includes an engraved insigna for the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association of New York. The second page has an engraved white flag with graphics similar to those on the flag of St. George. and relevant verses by Henry VI, Charles Dibdin and Pericles. The third page is the fare including Aaiguillettes of Bass venitiennes, English style Saddle of Mutton and Montebello Sweetbreads. The back of the menu lists the honored guests including The President, His Majesty King Edward VII, Rear Admiral Prince Louis of Battenberg, Rear Admiral Willar H. Brownson, General Horace Porter, Brigadier General Albert L. Mills and Rear Admiral J. B. Coghlan. Measures 7" x 5 1/2
