London, Chapman and Hall, 1862 1st. Hardback, approx 8.5 x 5.5 inches. Halfbound calf leather and marbled paper to boards. With raised banding and gilt decoration to spine. Marbled endpapers and page edges. In very good condition. Corners slightly bumped, some minor darkening and rubbing to edges, some minor fading to spine label. Some minor foxing spots to prelims, rubbed stamp to title page. A couple of minor handling marks and occasional minor spots to pages, else a very good clean and tight copy. xv + 557pp.
