Random House, 1947. Hardcover. Very Good/Fair. Early printing with no price on jacket. Quarto in green cloth-look boards with black titles and cover device. Light scattered soiling to boards, corners and spine tips rubbed and lightly snubbed, slight fading to cocked spine; spine lightly shaken, contemporary pencil name on half-title else interior unmarked; jacket split into two pieces along rear spine fold, creasing and short tears to jacket, 1/2" rumpled closed triangular tear to front panel, 2" chip to spine panel and smaller chips to tips. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall.
