Publisher's dark brown cloth with a decorative design stamped in white and green on the front board and spine. Bookplate of DeWitt Ingalls on the front pastedown, near fine in very good color illustrated dust jacket with the imprint of: "Albert Whitman & Compnay." The color pictorial illustration extends from the front panel to the spine with lettering in black; the back panel and front flap prints publisher's advertisements for: "The Poetical and Prose Works of Ella Wheeler Wilcox". The back panel advertisement includes: *Picked Poems*, published in 1912 ("Just off the press"), thus our attribution of the date.
