Heavy book, quality red cloth with embossed borders, a gilt illustration of Athena in helmet on front, gilt lettering gone on spine, browned and slightly foxed end papers, 427 glossy and lightly browned pages, 200 illustrations throughout and a complete index. Brown stain at tips of early front end papers, an ink gift note brief inside top front cover. Very slight surface wear to tips and very tiny tear to spine corners, a light line at spine middle, three very tiny pink spots on back. Good.
