Hardcover with price clipped dust jacket, undated other than the copyright date of 1960, but this is McClelland's later uniform edition with shamrock green DJ with celtic knots in each corner, 222 pages; elegant book in blue cloth with very bright and clear gilt spine lettering, very gently used, tight in binding, not a trace of shelf wear other than gentle bumps to spine ends, very clean and unmarked throughout, pages exceptionally fresh and white, DJ also gently bumped at spine ends, but no chips or tears. Synopsis
Brian Moore emigrated from Northern Ireland in 1948 and wrote his first three novels while living in Canada. His many honours include two Governor General’s Awards, one of which was awarded for The Luck of Ginger Coffey .
